For nearly two decades, I’ve dedicated my career to criminal law. I began in 2006 as a Dallas County prosecutor, where I spent 17 years in the courtroom handling everything from DWI and drug cases to serious felonies. In 2023, I continued that service in Kaufman County, where I remained until 2025.

During those years, I tried over 120 jury trials — experience that sharpened my trial skills, deepened my understanding of criminal law, and gave me a clear perspective on how prosecutors prepare and present cases.

Now, as the founder of Lyndi Brooks Law, I bring that insight to the people I represent. I know how prosecutors build their cases, what evidence matters most, and where their strategies can fall apart. This knowledge allows me to anticipate their moves and build strong defenses tailored to each client’s situation.
